Achieving a 3x account activation rate with Gamification

I redesigned the experience of opening an account for Juno's crypto banking, improving both the onboarding and first-deposit (account activation) flows. This project relied heavily on research-driven design, leading to notable enhancements in Activation and Revenue.

Enabling users to open a Global account with Juno to deposit crypto and spend it anywhere in the world through their virtual debit card within a few minutes of opening their account. Also allowing users to refer their friends and choose & order a debit card.

Empowering 8M Indians to navigate the COVID19 pandemic

India’s first unofficial mobile-first dashboard app to monitor COVID-19 spread at the village level, integrated with news updates to help people make well-informed decisions—a platform for hiring blue-collar workers and a grocery delivery service in selected cities of Goa.
